Sr. Diffusion Process Engineer

Job Responsibilities :

. Communicate, coordinate, and integrate department resources to enhance efficiency and achieve departmental goals and objectives.

. Oversee team member assignments, manage project scheduling, and track project progress to ensure timely and successful completion.

. Implement cost control measures and optimize resource allocation to maximize department performance.

. Foster team development through targeted training and mentorship programs, ensuring the success and growth of team members.

Job Qualification

. Master's degree in a related field, such as Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Material Science.

. Over 5 years of relevant work experience.

. Strong knowledge of 12-inch semiconductor diffusion processes, including furnace, ion implantation, and Wet Bench System.

. Proven ability to identify, assess and solve problems

. Analytical with good interpersonal skills

. Team leader with execellent communication/coordination skill.
