Responsible for escalated cases from activities of technical staff including preventive maintenance, corrective actions, service recovery and ad-hoc work to facilitate with other end user
Responsible for pr eparation of maintenance contract agreement for calling of RFQ/RFP, conducting site show round, evaluation, tender interview clarification, paper drafting and recommendation for management approval.
Responsible for spec gathering include site review, survey, planning, solutions implementations and supervision of equipment/facilities correction and rectification works. Including conducting periodic meetings with vendor and end-user to monitor the progress.
Responsible for managing planning and supervision of equipment/facilities replacement projects and ensure the work are carried out in accordance to the scope of works as per tender specification. This includes conducting periodic meetings with vendor and end-user to monitor the progress
Review, advise, approve, and supervise works planned and arranged by the TO and Engineers
Responsible for documentations compliance and route preparation to achieved implemented hospital quality assurance and other management related schemes/validation achieved.
Provide spec ialist input to other trades and in-house consultancy services for improvement works or upgrading matter to end-users.
Assist RO to manage and motivate technical staff to enhance their productivity and provide the necessary technical support/guidance when the need arises.
Arrange training courses for technical staff through LNA program to upgrade/enhance their technical knowledge/skill.
Take on additional tasks and project assigned by RO. Cover duties of key appointment within the department, Duty phone, FSM, cover HOD, etc.
Requirements
Preferably Bachelor in Engineer i ng or Diploma (Engineering). Those with Licensed Electrical Worker (EMA) , Fire Safety Manager (SCDF) or Safety Officer (MOM) License will have an added advantage . Must possess good oral and written communication skills. Computer literate.
