Technical Support to regional Service Team for escalated service cases for Yokogawa products and Analyzer systems.
Effective communication with Global Response Center and others for escalated cases and solutions.
Online technical support, Customer visit across YEA Region for unresolved cases
Developing technical documents for Service Teams competency development
Support Service business development activities
Below duties by default due to ISMS requirements:
Maintain confidentiality of the Information received, either in writing or verbally, whether technical, business, legal, organizational, personal or any other information that could result in damage to Yokogawa in case of disclosure to unauthorized persons, regardless of whether the information is classified as confidential or not.
