Family Group: Administration
You will support the hospitals emergency readiness and response capabilities, through participation and continuous improvement to the hospitals Civil Emergency, National Emergency and Disease Outbreak response plans. In addition, you will coordinate the hospitals management and response to peacetime incidents
You will be involved in the following
Support the scenario planning and operationalisation of hospital emergency response plan to various scenarios.
Coordinate the trainings of the hospital staff in order to maintain manpower readiness
Oversee the replacement and maintenance of the emergency equipment in order to maintain logistics readiness
Plan and coordinate emergency exercises and drills in order to maintain operational readiness
Support the incident management and reporting of peacetime incidents
Provide secretariat support to the Hospital Emergency Committee and other platforms, and track matters arising, project timelines and updates
Requirements
· Degree holder with at least 3 to 5 years of work experience, preferably in healthcare operations and administration
· Prior working experience in crisis/ emergency response management or events management would be an advantage
· Strong verbal and written communications skills to work across different family groups internally and with external stakeholders
· An excellent team player who is also able to work independently in a dynamic environment with minimum supervision
