Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include a spectrum of HR functions including HR business partnering role, recruitment, employee relations, process improvement projects, data analysis and reporting. You will also be required to work closely with departments to establish rapport and provide advice and support on HR-related matters.
Requirements
- Degree in any discipline with strong interest in HR
- Minimum 3 years in Human Resource function is preferred
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques.
- Proficient in SuccessFactors and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage
- People oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Relevant experience in healthcare sector or data analysis will be an advantage
- Highly motivated, meticulous, independent and adaptable to change
- Contract position until 31 March 2025
