Family Group: Administration
We are looking for a Sr/Executive to join our Human Resource Divisions Admin & Ancillary Team. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Human Resource, you will also be part of our teams Centre of Excellence Talent Acquisition and Branding, to develop and implement initiatives to build and create greater mindshare for our Employer Brand and to support our talent acquisition efforts. You will facilitate discussions and decision-making on people matters through the insights derived from data analytics and HR metrics benchmarking using dashboards or data visualisation tools.
You will also partner business units and be responsible in providing advisory on all strategic people matters to enable our business leaders achieve their business objectives; and management of our employees lifecycle, from attraction to offboarding.
Requirements
Bachelors degree preferably in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field
Min. 2 years of experience in business partnering, talent acquisition, or related field.
Familiar with Employment Act Singapore and TAFEPs Fair Employment Practices
Analytical mindset with strong attention to details
Working knowledge of SuccessFactors report centre and/or SAP Analytics Cloud, will be advantageous
Strong verbal and written communications skills
