Job Description

Family Group: Administration

The candidate plays a key role in the HR Shared Services Team to deliver quality and timely HR services. Your primary responsibilities will be to provide excellent service delivery for employee benefits management, first line operational support in day-to-day matters, solution of repetitive and routine problems and central recruitment of nurses. He/She will also work with HR business partners by providing strategic support and expertise knowledge in terms of employee benefits.

Employee Benefits Administration
Support supervisor to lead a team to administer employee benefits programs
Process employee benefits accurately and in a timely manner
Work with relevant parties on claims/medical billing matters

First line operational support
Lead the team to respond to benefits queries in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate and helpful information regarding policy, claim queries and maneuvering of system/policy
Oversee team members to ensure consistent and efficient customer support
Escalate complex or unresolved issue to supervisor promptly for further assistance

Panel Clinic management
Manage the relationship to ensure the vendor meets the agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics.
Update user guide of vendors mobile application
Resolve technical issue on data interface and billing related to the panel vendor
Providing guidance and support to employees regarding the utilization of panel clinic services.
Conducting survey on service level of the vendor

Central Recruitment
Assist to setup shared service function for onboarding administration of healthcare professionals including contract management and service level agreement (SLA)
Oversee and manage the project according to projected timeline, ensuring all deliverables are met for successful service implementation
Lead team to provide timely and efficient service delivery for onboarding of new hires including obtaining state licensure, work pass application and pre-boarding
Manage all escalations and ensure timely resolution with minimal impact to new hire onboarding
Support continuous improvement through Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to enhance efficiency of onboarding administration

Benefit Program Analysis and Change Management
Provide benefits and claims data to identify trends, patterns and insights that drive informed decision-making
Develop guides and engaging infographics on benefits program for employees

Assists with ad-hoc administration of human resources operations
