Job Responsibilities
The responsibilities are as stated below.
- To be an integral member of Next Generation Electronic Medical Records (NGEMR) project, by recording and translating their business needs into business requirements. This may include developing the solution, maintaining the training programs & change management materials for various user stakeholders and applicable NGEMR application(s), and tracking content build change and problem issues.
- To assist in identifying and implementing process improvements, workflow design within and across functional groups and/or respective programmes. Processes include business processes and programme delivery processes.
- To explore, facilitate, assess and pilot new technologies and their relevance to the business, as assigned by superiors.
Requirements
- EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
- Basic tertiary Degree from a recognized university (Minimum).
- Preferably 3-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a healthcare setting, and preferably with clinical or healthcare informatics experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office like Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
- Project management, health informatics certifications and EPIC certification is a plus.
- QUALITIES
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and people management.
- Strong analytical skills to manage complex issues and with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and process information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to initiate, deliver and drive to complete projects with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work effectively individually and as part of a collaborative team.
