Key Roles and Responsibilities
. Collaborate with various internal/external stakeholders to develop, promote and implement Health Promotion/Intervention programmes and services for staff to improve their health status and well-being.
. Plan and organise various hospital level health, sports and social recreational activities events
. Analyse post health screening data to implement needs-based health promotion and intervention programmes. Track pre-post programme results to ensure successful health outcome.
. Engage and motivate staff to take charge of their health and overall well-being.
. Undertake the Secretariat roles for both Workplace Safety & Health Council plus Well-being Committee to support the hospital efforts in the development and implementation of the workplace safety and health framework as well as promote staff wellness
. Support the Department's digitalization efforts to improve connectivity with staff in accessing well-being initiatives and programmes.
. Manage and ensure smooth running of the hospital's sports and social recreational facilities
. Assist with any other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Health Management & Promotion (Health Services Management, Sports & Wellness Management etc) will be an advantage.
. Minimum 2 years experience in health promotion, sports & events planning/management
. Experience in conducting health and sports programmes would be an advantage
