Job Summary:

The Senior Analyst in the Group CIO Office will play a critical role in supporting the launch of a national billing system for NHG. The primary responsibilities include supporting users in verifying bills post-launch to ensure accuracy and supporting testing for fixes of defects identified after the system goes live. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Post-Launch Bill Verification:
    - Conduct thorough verification of bills generated by the new billing system to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards.
    - Identify discrepancies and work closely with the billing team to resolve any issues promptly.
    - Document findings and report any recurrent issues to the project management team.

  • Support Defect Fix Testing:
    - Collaborate with the development and quality assurance teams to support the testing of fixes for defects identified post-launch.
    - Ensure that all fixes meet the required specifications and are free of critical errors before deployment.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    - Work closely with various stakeholders, including healthcare providers, billing specialists, IT professionals, and project managers.
    - Facilitate communication on the status of bill verification and defect resolution activities.
    - Assist in training and supporting end-users on the new billing system and any updates.

  • Documentation and Reporting:
    - Maintain detailed records of bill verification processes, defect identification, testing activities, and resolutions.
    - Prepare and present regular reports on post-launch verification and defect testing progress to the project management team.
    - Contribute to the creation of user guides, training materials, and other documentation as needed.

  • Continuous Improvement:
    - Identify opportunities for process improvements in bill verification and defect management.
    - Suggest enhancements to the billing system based on feedback and observed trends.
    - Participate in post-launch review sessions and contribute to the overall success of the project.
