Depending on the allocated section (Inpatient / Outpatient / National Centre for Infectious Diseases / Quality Control/Emergency Pharmacy), you will assist the pharmacists in prescription processing, to ensure accuracy and targeted waiting times are met. You will also assist the pharmacist-in-charge in planning and facilitating pharmacy operations.
The Duties Include
- Dispensing of medication
- Medication counselling
- Prescription interventions
- Inventory control
- Financial Counselling (e.g Medisave / CHAS / insurance etc)
The Requirements
- Local Polytechnic Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science OR WSQ Certificate in Healthcare Support (Pharmacy Support) OR non-SPC registrable Pharmacy Degree ONLY
- Good team player
- Possess an eye for detail
- Good communication skills
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
- For Emergency Pharmacy, candidate must be comfortable with 2 rotating shift (PM and Night shift)
