Staff Nurse - Inpatient

As a Staff Nurse (Inpatient), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Assist with day to day ward rounding
• Assess with patients health and conditions
• Monitoring with patients vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate and glucose level etc)
• Implementation of nursing care plan
• Maintaining and recording of patients medical records
• Ensure compliance to nursing guidelines

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma in Nursing
• Must be registered under Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
