Job Description
- Conduct home visits to provide jaundice services
- Perform nursing procedures
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient's condition and assessments in compliance with the Singapore Nursing Board's (SNB) Code, and the relevant regulations or protocols established by the management team.
- To carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimally a Diploma in Nursing with a valid SNB licence.
- Keen interest in contributing and expanding your knowledge in the Healthcare.
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage the patients
- Work closely and report to the management team.
- Comfortable with visiting patients at their homes.
- Possess Class 3 Driving License is compulsory
- Able to work independently while maintaining high standards in the work you perform.
