Responsibilities:
- Advocate for Person-Centred Care (PCC) in nursing to deliver respectful and safe care for individuals with dementia, empowering them to maintain well-being.
- Play a vital role in an interdisciplinary team to implement and enhance evidence-based, integrated PCC dementia care models.
- Lead efforts in clinical and service quality management.
- Develop into a practitioner-trainer.
Requirement:
- Nitec/ Diploma in Nursing
- Registered with SNB
- Experience working in and care for the elderly setting is an advantage
