Job Description

  • Take orders accurately and handle any customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
  • Preparing and serving desserts to customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in the workplace and follow the SOP and hygiene and food safety standards
  • Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system
  • Assist in any other duties as required, including helping colleagues during peak hours.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned
  • Basic cooking skills with experience in a fast-paced food service environment
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple roles effectively.
  • Need to commit 6 days work week (Rest Day on 1 weekday - Monday to Thursday)
  • Working hours: 10am to 10pm
  • The ideal candidate should possess strong excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
