The Company

Our client is a market leader in the medical devices and equipment space with a fast growing presence in Asia. As part of their expansion plans, they are seeking a SEA Finance Business Partner to join their dynamic team.

The Role

Reporting to the FP&A Controller for SEA, you will have full P&L accountability and drive the preparation of budgets, forecasts, pricing analysis, monthly financial analysis & reporting, working capital management, and ad hoc analysis for the region.

You will work closely with the commercial team to ensure business profitability by supporting pricing decisions and margin analysis, develop strategic long-term financial plans and put in place performance reporting processes to ensure both short-term and long-term objectives are met.

Last but not least, you will provide financial modelling, financial analysis and valuation support for acquisitions, long-term contracts as well as adhoc financial projects. You will also provide the management team with insightful decision support on potential risks and opportunities for the business.

Your Profile

As the successful candidate, you will possess a degree in accountancy or ACCA with the following relevant experience

• At least 5 years in a full P&L FP&A role or exposure in revenue analysis within the medical devices industry
• Exposure in partnering with commercial, sales and marketing departments and supporting in sales, margin and profitability analysis
• Prior exposure in external audit and/or financial accounting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills is a must
• Strong excel skills will be essential while exposure to BI and visualization tools such as Anaplan, Tableau, Power BI will be highly preferred
• Exposure to Oracle and Hyperion Essbase will be an advantage
