Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Maintain an updated inventory record
  • Perfect stock count at all times
  • Packing and preparation of goods for deliveries
  • Ensure that all stores or goods received are in good order and conditions.
  • No discrepancy to the goods or services received, as well as all documentation
  • Timely attendance and processing of all requests for store items
  • Prompt deliveries with the approved goods, as scheduled
  • Timely attendance and processing of all delivery orders for Procurement and Finance payment processing
  • Compile monthly deliveries into the report summary
  • Assist in all aspect of annual asset audit and ensure all assets are tagged with asset number issue by finance department
  • Liaise with procurement team on machine/equipment repair request
  • Ensure store cleanliness is well maintain
  • Ensure all chemicals Safety Data Sheet (SDS) is being updated with the expiry date
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager

Requirements

  • Diploma with 5 years of relevant experience
  • Able to commit 5.5 days work week
