- Accountable for managing the restaurant's profit and loss, while implementing effective cost control strategies.
- Oversee the restaurant's budget and financial projections to meet or surpass management expectations.
- Focus on maximizing profitability by prioritizing revenue growth (turnover and covers) and controlling costs.
- Supervise daily operations to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly.
- Regularly assess and enhance overall restaurant performance through cost analysis and process improvements.
- Ensure food safety and operational standards are upheld, creating a safe and comfortable environment for customers.
- Meet customer needs by delivering prompt, professional service and handling service issues tactfully and diplomatically.
- Lead efforts to improve operational efficiency, supporting the organization's service culture to boost customer satisfaction.
- Manage labor costs through effective scheduling and staff leave management.
- Play an active role in recruitment by identifying and selecting candidates for junior roles.
- Provide staff counseling and recommend disciplinary actions, including termination, when necessary.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of supervisors and service staff to optimize workforce efficiency.
- Handle all administrative tasks related to restaurant operations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Area Manager.
Job Specifications:
- At least 6 years of management experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage service teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong guest relationships.
- Strong organizational and management skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
