Location: NEW outlet opening near Bugis

Responsibilities:
- Act as primary point of contact for event organizers on their event programs and requirements in order to provide professional advice to facilitate and assist on their planning
- Responsible for day-to-day operation with focus on sales management, customer satisfaction, operating expenses and shop's profitability
- Foster good working relationship and communication between front and back of house
- Be an amazing example of service, leading the team to ensure excellent guest experience through warm and genuine service while maintaining a fun and relaxed working environment
- Supervise and train the team in accordance to the Baker & Cook DNA
- Enforce and ensure compliance to Company SOPs, governmental regulations, food safety and hygiene standards within the store
- Any other ad-hoc duties base on operational needs
Requirements:
- Passionate about service and people
- Preferably Diploma in Hospitality or related fields
- Minimum 2 years managerial experience in F&B - cafes/ restaurants/ similar capacity
- Good team player and self-motivated
- 6 days work week and able to work on weekends/public holidays
