Job Description:
- Lead and oversee all store operations to ensure smooth daily performance
- Manage and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
- Ensure all financial transactions, including vouchers, cash, credit, and debit payments, are processed accurately
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu offerings, promotions, and business strategies to drive sales
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to prevent shortages
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company policies
- Analyze store performance and implement strategies for improvement
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure high standards of service and operational excellence
- Handle customer feedback and manage any issues or complaints effectively
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the food service or retail industry
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills
- Ability to work on a rotating shift, including weekends and public holidays
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to drive store performance and exceed sales goals
