Responsibilities
. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and address any issues that arise, creating a positive shopping experience and fostering customer loyalty.
. Achieving sales targets by monitoring performance and implementing strategies to meet sales goals.
. Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and control expenses to maximize profitability.
. Manage all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
. Implement training programs and supervise staff. Set performance expectations, provide ongoing feedback, schedule shifts, manage payroll, and motivate employees to deliver high-quality customer service.
. Oversee product placement and visual merchandising to optimize sales and create an appealing shopping environment in line with company policies.
. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and promotional activities.
Requirements
. Minimum qualification of GCE O Level or equivalent
. At least 5 years of experience in the retail industry, with a minimum of 3 years in Assistant Manager or Supervisor is highly advantageous.
. Solid understanding of retail operations, sales techniques, merchandising, and customer service principles. Experience with inventory management and retail software is a plus.
. Proven track record of achieving sales targets, analyzing sales data, and implementing growth strategies. Financial management skills with knowledge of budgeting and profitability analysis.
. Strong leadership and team management abilities, including effective communication, delegation, and problem-solving.
