a) Train and mentor store employees on sales techniques, customer service, and company policies. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation.
b) Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
c) Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner.
d) Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the store. Handle incoming shipments and assist in unloading and storing merchandise.
e) Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to meet targets and drive revenue.
f) Collaborate with management to implement improvements and initiatives for store growth.
g) Perform any other duties assigned by store management as needed.
