Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Supervise and support staff, manage schedules, and foster a positive environment.
- Maintain high customer service standards, address inquiries, and resolve issues.
- Monitor sales and expenses, prepare reports, and assist in budget preparation and cost control.
- Ensure quality and presentation meet company standards and implement quality control procedures.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Store Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Understanding of financial principles and inventory management.
- Excellent customer service skills.
