Duties of Store Supervisor include:
Maintaining smooth operations of stores.
Provide personalized consultation and styling advice for customers.
Motivate team in delivering boutique KPIs and implementation of key initiatives.
Responsible in presenting merchandise desirably in accordance to suggested guidelines and maintaining a tidy store consistent with client expectations.
Identify training needs and assist in training and guidance of team members.
Foster a team working attitude, open to provide and receive constructive feedback, be a role model to other employees.
Supervises team performance, providing customer service levels and operational feedback to management.
Coordinates, liaises, and assists customer on service-after-sales (repair).
Assist in inventory management, roster planning and cashiering services.
Perform assigned duties per requests from Supervisor/Manager.

The ideal background of Store Supervisor:
At least 3 years of retail or hospitality experience, demonstrating supervisory responsibilities in previous employment(s).
Computer literate; familiarity using POS systems.
Extremely personable, positive, and approachable.
Fantastic customer service skills.
