- Carry out documentation and identification of business requirements
- Comply to safety, health and operational quality standards
- Conduct safety and health risk assessment
- Coordinate arrangement or rotation of warehouse cargo and items
- Coordinate cargo or material handling security procedures
- Coordinate department's incident or crisis management initiatives
- Coordinate trans-shipment and trans-loading operations
- Coordinate warehouse operations in accordance with 5S (sort, set, shine, standardise, sustain) techniques in manufacturing
- Execute measures to address operational shortfall, maintenance or repair needs
- Execute operations according to different warehousing situations and contingencies
- Facilitate compliance of height, weight and special handling requirements in stacking, moving, arranging items on pallets according to storage plan
- Implement continuous improvement activities and performance improvement strategies
- Implement methods and techniques to manage dangerous goods
- Implement methods and techniques to manage time and temperature sensitive cargo
- Perform stock control and housekeeping operations of warehouse cargo and items
- Report WSH incidents
- Review warehousing quality issues in a timely manner
- Suggest Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) solutions to address localised shortcomings in existing processes
- Track cargo handling schedules to ensure timelines are complied with
