Challenges
You will be responsible in managing the uniform room, mainly to oversee the issuance, tracking and collection of uniforms and other linen items such as curtains and special items at TTSH Linen Store. You will handle the soiled linen items for scheduled change or for terminal cleaning. You will assist to run the administration and managing audit count pertaining to inventory. Other duties include timely reporting of inventory, ensuring that the inventory level is replenished at a timely manner from the vendors and proper documentation is in order. You will participate in the quality control of the uniforms issued from the department, providing feedbacks when required. You will also assist to plan and arrange uniform store layout to improve storage and system, ensuring the area is always neat and well organized. Any other duties/projects as assigned by the Reporting Officer.
Requirements
- Preferably with GCE O Level or equivalent or one to three years related experience with English literacy
- Comfortable to work under pressure to achieve set objectives within a timeframe for the department and Hospital
- Possess strong communication skills to contribute as a team player
- Ability to work independently
- Detailed and meticulous
- Possess computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office
