Overview:
A razor-sharp marketing analyst to analyze, visualize and automate internal and external data. To communicate the interpretation in an interesting and logically connected method to empower the Leadership team with insights to make strategic decisions. Provide short term forecasting and long-term budgeting for 5-year Budget Plan and overall COGS savings in collaboration with Finance, Sales, Procurement, Operations and R&D.

Responsibilities:
Proactively gather, analyze, automate, and visualize business data to enable the business unit to achieve financial targets.
Conducting research on strategic customers, market trends, target segments, and competitors and generating competitive insights that differentiate Kemin.
Monitoring strategic customer penetration, market share/share of wallet versus overall customer base and changes in product mix
Providing analysis of the sales performance of our products in relation to business data of our customers to provide insights so that we can meet the customers needs better than any of the other competitors.
Designing and implementing internal, market, customer surveys to achieve desired outcomes.
Analyzing project funnel, hit rate/project conversion, customer/business retention, yellow flag, and ABC forecasts.
Measuring performance of digital and in-person marketing initiatives
Reporting on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement
Responsible for consolidating the annual business unit budget for submission to WW.
Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Procurement, Operations and R&D to work on annual COGS savings, Manufacturing Variances and overall OPEX savings.
Work with IT team to develop data analytics platform.
Develop, organize, and maintain database on SharePoint.
Supporting the Leadership team to develop long term strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Data Analytics/Business Analytics/Finance/Accounting with at least 3 years of B2B researching and analyzing business intelligence data.
Working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI.
Proficient in SPSS or any other statistical tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Background in planning, designing, managing, analyzing, reporting of qualitative and quantitative research studies.
Ability to translate unstructured information into structured information.
Ability to present complex information internally.
Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a diverse multi-cultural team environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and maintain professional demeanor while working under pressure.
Decision Making & Freedom to Act: This position reports to the Marketing Manager of Kemin Food Technologies Asia. It is a hands-on position with significant autonomy, breadth, and flexibility to exceed expectations.
Working Conditions: The position will operate from Singapore and with occasional travels regionally within Asia. The position is considered 40 hours per week and typically requires tremendous flexibility.
