Team Introduction
TikTok's Product Solutions & Operations (PSO) team aims to drive ad product growth by leading local product strategy and go-to-market plans, as well as reflecting key market insights and product feedback to global product teams to improve TikTok's suite of ad products. A truly collaborative team, PSO works closely with Marketing Science, Solutions Engineering, Global Business Marketing and many more teams. Our team is agile and curious, and the place to be for problem-solvers and strategic thinkers who are not afraid to get their hands dirty.
Responsibilities
- Deep collaboration with PM and PMM teams focussed on Performance Brand products
- Translating the global product vision, strategy and plans to regional and market level in partnership with market PMM teams
- Run the Global Market Wide PMM Processes for advertising products including quarterly reviews, growth plans, updates
- End to end leadership and execution, when needed for Product Strategy related projects
- Oversee the development and execution of global programs, initiatives and sales enablement activities to increase adoption of key products and solutions
- Analyze, evaluate and synthesize market opportunities, in-market feedback and customer problems to influence product strategy and roadmaps
