About the team
The Strategy & Operations team at Airwallex plays a pivotal role in driving the company's overall growth and efficiency. We are a collaborative group of analysts, strategists, and operational experts who are passionate about translating vision into action. We leverage data insights, sharp problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of the business to optimize processes, identify growth opportunities, and ensure Airwallex operates efficiently and effectively at scale.
What youll do
As an Associate Director/Director in the CEO office, youll be responsible for working closely with the executive team to drive key strategic initiatives across the globe. You are a self-starter and independent thinker with exceptional analytical and communication skills, capable of handling highly sensitive and confidential information while supporting a rapidly changing organization. Candidates with less working experience will be considered for Associate Director.
This role is based in Singapore, Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
Manage the planning and tracking of quarterly and yearly OKRs
Work cross functionally to ensure key projects are on track
Drive strategic projects that streamlines organizational processes
Take a data driven approach to ensure overall healthiness of the organization
Work cross functions to deliver IPO readiness
Handle special projects and ad hoc incoming requests
Who you are
We're looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.
Minimum qualifications:
At least 8+ years of relevant working experience
A degree from a reputable University, College, or equivalent
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Exceptional ability to work cross functionally, across all levels
Experience delivering results in a matrixed and fast growing tech company
Strong discretion
Preferred qualifications:
A background in investment banking or management consulting
