To provide care and supervision for students with special needs who are attending a Student Care for Special needs from 7 years old to 12 years old.
To assist plan, write, monitor and improve IEP lesson plans, reports, records and documentation of every student
To plan, prepare and produce materials, and conduct routines and activities with the students pertaining to physical exercises, life-skills training, activities of daily living (ADLs), hobby development (e.g. music, horticulture), and excursions according to the schedule
Implement classroom management strategies.
Collaborate and communicate with parents or caregivers, other programme staff and other stakeholders on the student's progress, well-being and in advocating for the students
Strong interest and commitment in working with individuals with special needs (e.g. Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability)

Requirements:
Good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Possess a good command of spoken and written English
Priority will be given to individuals with experience in Special Needs Education. On the job training will be provided.
