Who We are looking for:

We are seeking passionate individuals with a genuine commitment to children's well-being. Ideal candidates will be responsible, independent, and resilient, with qualities that foster a supportive learning environment. Candiates will have the following traits:

• A passion for working with children
• Strong classroom management skills
• Patient, cheerful, responsible, resourceful, and motivated
• Proficient in primary school subjects
• A team player with basic IT skills
• Prior experience working with children is an advantage (not required)
• Ability to assist with Chinese homework is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Escort children safely from nearby schools to the center
• Ensure a disciplined and safe classroom environment
• Plan holiday and enrichment programs
• Assist children with their schoolwork
• Build positive relationships with parents
