Positions:

1.Student Care School ( Senior Teacher/ Supervisor/ Assist Manager)

Roles and Responsibility

. Work closely with Centre Manager to manage the daily operations of a premium student care centre

. Ensure overall safety and wellbeing of the children

. Liaise with Centre Manager, Parents and school with regards to students and Centre matters

. Mentor, lead and motivate staff in their work

. Ensure that programmes and activities are carried out smoothly

. Plan for manpower and logistics

. Handle parent enquiries and provide regular updates to parents regarding their children's well-being and academic matters

. Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of applications, withdrawals

. Maintain updated records of students profile and finance matters

. Classroom management, including assisting in classrooms whenever necessary

. Administrative work (sales, collection of fees, and collection of forms) and upkeep of centre premises.

. Any other ad-hoc duties as delegated by Centre Manager/ Senior Manager

Requirements:

. At least 3-4 years experience in a student care environment
