Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure the leadership, management and delivery of quality student care centre and that the daily operations, financial, human resource and management of the centre are carried out effectively.
- Work within the centre's policies, philosophy and procedures.
- Supervise and provide leadership.
- Provide care and supervise a class of primary school students in an after-school care setting
- Guide primary school students (P1 - 6) in their schoolwork in at least two subjects (English/ Maths/ Science)
- Liaise with the school and parents regarding students progress and behaviour
- Plan and deliver activities for students (e.g., art and craft, character building, holiday excursions)
Requirements/ qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma /Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
- At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Education or equivalent.
- Obtained WSQ Introductory Student Care Certificates (Requirement)
- Obtained Diploma in Care and Programme (Preferably)
