Key Responsibilities
. Assist in students check-in and check-out process
. Upkeep hostel public areas.
. Perform housekeeping tasks before new check-in, including removing and putting on bed linens, mattress protectors, blankets and curtains for washing.
. Maintain and enforce quality service standards and procedures of housekeeping services.
. Report maintenance deficiencies.
. Provide assistance to hostel students when needed.
. Adhere to Workplace Safety and Health policies and procedures, environmental and quality policies.
. Manage hostel inventory.
. Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager/Supervisor
Job Requirements
. Experienced in Housekeeping/Customer Service role
. Good physical stamina and mobility
. Pleasant, polite and able to work independently
. Willing to stay in the hostel
. Working from 1:00pm to 10:00pm, 5.5-day week
