- Assist with customer request and enquiries from incoming calls
- Prepare business documents using Shopify system
- Perform document filing and data capturing
- Handle payment and collection
- Handle E-commerce platform
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support
- Serving walk in customer & providing refreshments
