Job Description:

• Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Identify high growth areas and expand School identity in Indonesia, VIetnam, Thailand and Philippines.
• Recruit, train and establish good working relations with agents for student recruitment.
• Establish partnerships with education institution and colleges across different geographical locations.
• Participate in local and overseas exhibitions, open houses, road shows for agent and student recruitment.
• Conduct pre-course counselling for prospective students and attend to enquiries through phone, email and walk-in appointments.
• Work closely with other department stakeholders to support, implement and execute the student recruitment plans.
• Provide administrative and operation support to the Director.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor degree qualification.
• 3 years of relevant working experience as student recruitment in an international private education industry.
• Driven by a passion for student recruitment and sales, with a strong goal-oriented focus.

Remuneration will commensurate with sales targets.
