Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Comply with all health, safety and environment regulations and practices and work with management to address and resolve issues as they arise.
- Work with Maintenance Manager to prepare breakdown, preventive and shutdown maintenance plan, work schedules, and budget.
- Coordinate daily maintenance activities with Production section.
- Conduct daily toolbox meeting.
- Review work permits applied by contractors before submitting to Production for approval.
- Oversee all maintenance works including troubleshooting, and ensure that work is properly completed safely and timely.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and repair costs to track performance, identify opportunity for improvements and forecast future maintenance needs.
- Maintain adequate spare parts and equipment inventory, and ensure their proper storage.
- Inspect site to identify problems and necessary maintenance.
- Conduct risk assessment reviews with contract workers to ensure relevance and compliance.
- Liaise with professional engineer and service providers to conduct statutory equipment inspection and testing.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- At least Diploma in maintenance related field
- 1 to 2 years related experience
- Fresh graduates are welcome
