Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

. Responsible for production of received orders, planning, and work distribution.

. Ensure production activities are carried out properly and efficient utilization of workforce.

. Train new production staffon proper working methods and production recording.

. Following food processing so as to achieve quality output.

. Ensure the production operation is in the context of ISO & HACCP programs e.g. hygiene standard, work instruction, production records are properly followed and recorded.

Requirement:

. Relevant experience in food processing

. Ability to work under pressure to meet the production timeline

. Being able to work long working hours especially when the orders cropped up

. Self-driven and flexible personality.

. Strong interpersonal skills
