Job Description:

. To manage a team of workers, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow.

. Supervise all phases of renovation projects, from initial planning through to completion.

. Ensure that all work meets industry standards and client expectations.

. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.

Position Requirements:

. Minimum 15 years working experience in the same capacity for high-end projects.

. Hands on experience and substantial working knowledge in general renovation work

. Experienced in renovation project (inclusive M&E) in excess of $5 million
