Job Description & Requirements

• Assist the Operations Manager in running and overseeing the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
• Guide and coach employees, monitoring their productivity.
• Provide on-the-job training to new staffs.
• Oversee the inventory of all food and beverages in an establishment.
• Able to prepare Hot and cold beverage with experience.
• To ensure that enough products are on hand to serve customers, order items as needed, and generate inventory reports for superiors.
• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
• Designing and implementing departmental policies, procedures, goals, and objectives.
• Developing strategies to improve department metrics and performance.
• Perform any other work related tasks assigned.
• able to work shift / standby for necessary covering
• able to work weekend and OT

Requirements:

• Proven experience in F&B sector or relevant.
• Basic Food Hygiene Or Food Hygein officer Certificate
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.
• Competent IT skill.
