To communicate, plan and coordinate with all relevant departments to ensure order fulfilment in according to product & quality specifications and Sales & Shipment requirements
Plan, allocate and coordinate resources such as manpower and materials for the production
Good Knowledge in aluminium fabrication & glass work
Assembly of window frames products and well know the profile assembly work
Optimize, standardization and documentation in operation workflow to avoid potential quality impact
Manage and adjust for any changes in the production schedule and/or budget
Provide training to production team leaders and operators to ensure competency within the team
Manage the workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
