Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production activities to ensure adherence to schedules, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate the production team conduct performance evaluations and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Ensure products meet precision and quality standards, identify defects, and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor machinery functionality, conduct maintenance checks, and coordinate necessary repairs.
- Manage inventory levels of materials and finished products order supplies as needed.
- Enforce safety standards, conduct safety audits, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Address production issues, identify process improvements, and work to reduce waste.
- Maintain records of production output, quality checks, and safety incidents prepare reports for management.
Requirements:
- Proven minimum of 3years experience working as a supervisor or relevant role
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance requirements in manufacturing.
- Ability to stand for long periods, and work in a factory setting.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
