Job Responsibilities
. Responsible for day-to-day operation duties.Use system to issue DOs and Invoices.
. Process employee expense claims and ensure that claims are properly authorised.
. Provides financial information to management by researching and analysing accounting data, preparing reports.
. Manage day-to-day function of Accounts activities including invoicing, payments, AR & AP
. Prepare payment voucher, issue cheque and receipts for payment & staff claim.
. Review and verify invoice from suppliers
. Receiving and issuing of stock.
. Stock arranging and updating stock into system.
. Stock replenishing ordering.
. Responsible for preparation and co-ordination of the daily delivery schedule of the drivers.
. Plan daily delivery routes and assign deliveries tasks to delivery team.
. Ensure stock are accountable updated into the system during issuing, receiving and in the warehouse.
. Monthly/Yearly inventory stock take.
. Collect cash and cheques from delivery teams.
. Ensure deliveries routes are efficiently planned with customers timing restriction in mind.
. Ensure cash and cheques collected from the delivery teams are in correct amount.
. Handling of Customer's order, feedback, discrepancies, and issues
. Assist with ad-hoc projects when required or assigned.
Job Requirements
. Able to work night shift and split shift, and OT on weekends and public holiday
