The Opportunity
The administrator reports to the Vice President and supports the RTA team. Its tactical responsibilities feed one larger objective: to ensure we provide a risk averse environment to our clients and strengthen our client relationships by collaboration, teamwork and a drive to exceed.
Primary responsibilities include:
Client Work and Client Service
- Reviewing investor transactions and NAVs input on the shareholder register system, reviewing acknowledgement letters, and other investor related reporting in accordance with company policies and procedures;
- Responding to shareholder queries promptly, accurately and with a high degree of professionalism;
- Developing effective working relations with clients, and other relevant parties, and responding promptly and professional to client requests;
- Displaying a strong team focus and willingness to assist other team members when required;
- Mentoring and training junior staff members;
- The Transfer Agency Supervisor will be the direct reporting line for the associate team;
- Preparing redemption/distribution payments accurately for their clients and on a timely basis, including input of wires in banking systems and sourcing of all required supporting documentation;
- Completing customer due diligence on investors and obtaining FATCA and CRS documentation;
- Liaising with auditors to provide required information and responding to audit queries promptly;
- Assisting team members with general transfer agency administrative tasks and liaising with other departments as required.
Training and Development
- Assisting with training of TA Administrators within the TA team;
- Demonstrating a commitment to acquiring new capabilities, constantly striving to improve performance.

- Acting in accordance with internal policies and procedures, consulting with others as appropriate;
- Exhibiting integrity ;
- Maintaining and promoting corporate values in conducting internal and external business activities and when interacting with colleagues;

- Responding promptly and professionally to requests for assistance.

What You Bring

- Degree holder with 3-5 years in Financial services industry;
- Problem solving skills;
- A good team player but also being able to work independently;
- Good oral and written communication skills;

- Strong technical skills.
