Supervisor

Job Description:

• Perform maintenance of electrical systems
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance
• Support for continuous development via operation requirements to maintain smooth operations
• Continuous improvement plan via daily operations
• Assist in the setup of M&E systems and to conduct maintenance when necessary
• Maintaining heating and plumbing systems to ensure the functionality
• Inspect alarm systems and schedule repairs when needed
• Perform manual repairs when necessary
• Conduct general upkeep procedures and other tasks as assigned
• Preparation of quotations and proposals
• Prepare and submit work progress and incident reports to the Building / Facilities Manager
• Undertake any other tasks or functions that are incidental or ancillary to the performance of assigned work
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering / Facility Management /
• Building Services or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
• Prior experience in Facilities Management & holder of FSM will be an added advantage
• Technical knowledge of M&E systems which include but not limited to Fire Protection systems, AV systems, ACMV systems etc
• Able to perform shift work if required
• Candidate with more working experience will consider for senior position
