SUPPLIER QUALITY ENGINEER / CUSTOMER QUALITY ENGINEER

Job Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer complaints and quality related queries
2. Implement customer requirements, carry out product quality plan for all projects and ensure PQP effectiveness
3. Implement quality tools in production to support corrective and preventive actions and continuous improvement
4. Part and line approval follow up (Qualification Package) throughout the project
5. Supplier Quality Management
6. Handle quality issues and liaise with cross-functional team towards improvement
7. Ensure related documents are updated accordingly for lesson learnt and continuous improvement

Job Requirements:

• College degree of Science/ Engineering
• Experience in quality control and customer/supplier quality management
• Experience in incoming, manufacturing and customer service area
• Familiar with quality tools and have basic knowledge of six sigma
• Familiar with the knowledge of IATF 16949 standard and 5 Tools (PPAP/APQP/SPC/MSA/FMEA)
• Good inter-personal and presentation skill
• Self-motivated and good team player
