Assists in supply chain operations, including purchasing and inventory of materials as well as selection of vendors and ISO documents control

Supply Chain Management

- Maintain vendor information and records

- Works closely with all the departments to ensure timely supply and support.

Sourcing/ Negotiate of Products and Services

- Sourcing of products and services based on project schedule/requirement.

- Gather feedback on the effectiveness/de-efficiency of current sourcing strategies

- Negotiate with suppliers for best price and terms

Assist to Source the Vendor Selection and Evaluation Processes

- Prepare reports on assessments of bids received to direct superior

- Maintain good vendor's relationships

Ensure SCM Compliance to ISO & Safety and Health Requirement

- Follow all ISO and health and safety compliances.
