Job Responsibilities:

• Manage purchase order placement to suppliers in a timely manner based on customer requirements and follow up with suppliers to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
• Expedite deliveries with suppliers to meet customers request date.
• Handle enquiries from internal stakeholders on inventory availability, order pull in and out requests and order cancellation.
• Support Senior supply chain specialist in generating reports, monitoring and analysis of KPIs.
• Provides support in process improvement projects.

Requirements:

• Diploma in supply chain management
• At least 1 year of experience in supply chain such as managing purchase orders
• Experience in SAP
• Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Meticulous with an eye for details
• Team player and able to work independently
