6 months contract (Maternity Cover)
Job Descriptions:
- Coordinate with cluster entities on monthly MIS. Draw out reports and run analysis. Collate the MPR reports for the region for cluster review
- Track Price and margin matrix for entities
- Prepare daily sales dashboard for the region
- Tracking of SLOB movement across entities monthly
- Inventory tracking and Freight cost analysis
- Manage the complete supply chain operations within the target lead-time
- Receive, verify, and process orders from clients and partners, send Purchase Orders to suppliers and blending plants
- Follow/monitor the Order to Delivery cycle for each Purchase order & invoices to enable
- Complete all related documentation for supplies to enable payments and follow up for payments with customers
- Prepare management reports as well as analysing statistical data and KPIs
- Coordinate with Sales & Production for monthly forecast
- Address and resolve issues (delay, quality) and work closely with the front-line teams to ensure the best supply chain solutions
Job Requirements:
- Professional experience 3+ years, with relevant functional experience
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or or related field
- Working knowledge of SAP system is a must
- Action-oriented, entrepreneurial, flexible, and innovative approach to operational management
- A high level of attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and manage external stakeholders
- Highly motivated team player who can work effectively on their own and as part of a wider cross functional team
- High-energy individual with good interpersonal skills
