Job Title: Supply Chain Intern Market Planning & Customer Logistics
About the Role
We are looking for a Market Planning & Customer Logistics Intern to join the Travel Retail Supply Chain Team. You will be working alongside the Market Planners and Business Analyst and together you will facilitate product availability and excellent in store execution in the Travel Retail sector in Asia Pacific. You will get to work with all functions in our Singapore office, as well as collaborate with our Global Teams located across Europe.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Market Planning
Work with the Global Travel Retail team in Europe to review sets status, assess excess risk and create depletion plans
Analyse performance of full portfolio and take ownership for communicating and resolving any gaps in stock availability, stock allocation and shipment versus forecast
Lead the Excess Inventory review with the Sales Team
Ensure that fill rate KPI is successfully met on monthly basis
Support or Lead the non-sellable review (merchandising, marketing & promotional items)
Support Demand Planning team with S&OP preparation
Work with marketing and merchandizing teams on innovation forecast submissions.
Run daily operational reports (MFR, Cuts Report, Order Checking Files and OLAP).
WHAT YOULL BRING
Able to commit for at least 6 months (Jul 24 to Dec 2024) for a full-time internship.
Skilled in the use of MS Office tools including Outlook (or related email tool) Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Self-Motivated, with a strong work ethic and a sense of confidentiality.
Possesses cross-cultural awareness and high emotional intelligence.
Articulate, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good balance of a professional attitude while having fun.
Strong interest in consumer goods, makeup and beauty products.
